The Company were informed on 2 May 2006 that following a disposal of 1,900,000
ordinary shares of 0.025p in Gold Oil ('Ordinary Shares'), Mr Iraj Parvizi was
the beneficial owner of 18,750,000 Ordinary Shares, representing a total holding
of 5.75% of the Company's issued share capital.
