The Company were informed on 11 August 2006 that at the close of business on 9
August 2006 Mr Iraj Parvizi has an interest in and is the registered holder of
30,081,818 ordinary shares in Gold Oil, representing a total holding of 7.67% of
the Company's issued share capital.
