                                  Shareholding

The Company were informed on 25 January 2006 that on 24 January 2006 Mr Iraj
Parvizi was the beneficial owner of 22,290,000 ordinary shares of 0.025p each,
representing a total holding of 6.84% of the Company's issued share capital.
