Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

At the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held today, although more 
than half the votes cast were in favour of the special resolution to renew the 
Directors' authority to purchase the Company's shares for cancellation, the 
resolution nevertheless failed to achieve the necessary majority of 75 per cent. 
of the votes cast.
