A notice has been received from the Bank of England advising that
following the sale of 100,000 shares in Baring Emerging Europe PLC
The Bank of England Pension Fund now holds 1,325,000 ordinary shares
of £0.10 each in Baring Emerging Europe PLC representing 2.99% of the
relevant issued share capital.
These shares are registered in the name of The Securities Management
Trust Limited.
