The Company has allotted 9,278 Ordinary Shares of US$0.10 each following the 
exercise of 9,278 warrants on 31 August 2001. In the case of holders of shares 
in certificated form, the new Ordinary Share certificates will be despatched no 
later than 28 September 2001. In the case of holders of shares in uncertificated
form, the Registrars will credit their entitlement to their CREST accounts no 
later than 11 September 2001. Application will be made to the UK Listing 
Authority for the 9,278 Ordinary shares allotted to be admitted to the Official 
List of the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for such 
shares to be admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock 
Exchange.
