Directors' Interests

Barclays PLC 8 March 2002 8 March 2002 Notification of directors' interests: Companies Act 1985 s.329 This is the first notification of a change in directors' share interests to be made in respect of the Barclays Group Share Incentive Plan (the 'SIP'). The SIP is an Inland Revenue approved all-employee share scheme under which participants make monthly contributions out of pre-tax pay of between £10 and £125 which the trustee uses to buy shares in Barclays PLC on their behalf. The shares are known as Partnership Shares and are held by the Trustee for participants in the SIP as bare trustee.
