List of candidates for the vacant seat at the Board of Directors

 

Bank Muscat SAOG is pleased to inform the market and valued shareholders of the list of candidates for the vacant seat at the Bank's Board of Directors with an introduction to the candidates. Note that the election and appointment of member will be subject to the approval of the ordinary general meeting of shareholders and regulatory authorities.

 

 

Mr. Saud bin Nasser bin Rashid Al Shukaili (Independent):

 

Mr. Saud bin Nasser bin Rashid Al Shukaili has more than 34 years of work experience, during which he held many important positions, most notably the Chairman / General Secretary of the Tax Authority during the period from 2004 until the beginning of 2024. Mr. Saud Al Shukaili holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Development Management from the United States of America. He has served as a member of the boards of directors of a number of companies in the Sultanate of Oman and outside that operate in various sectors, including banking, investment, oil, electricity and others.
