As at 30 June 2020, The Bankers Investment Trust PLC's capital consisted of   128,607,783 ordinary shares of 25p with voting rights. On a poll, members have one vote for every £1 in nominal value (ie four shares are required for one vote). 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in The Bankers Investment Trust PLC is 32,151,945 (one vote for every 4 shares held).

The above figure ( 32,151,945 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of The Bankers Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
