In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(4) the Board of The Bankers Investment Trust PLC today announces that Mr Richard Brewster will retire as Chairman and a Director of the Company on 25 September 2013. As previously announced, Mr Richard Killingbeck will succeed him as Chairman at that time.
