The Chairman has announced his intention to remain as a director of the Company,
subject to shareholder approval, until the Annual General Meeting in February
2005. As of today's date the Board is pleased to announce the appointment as
Deputy Chairman of Richard Brewster and it is the intention that he will succeed
as Chairman.
