Notice of Annual General Meeting

Bank of Georgia Holdings PLC (the Company) (LSE: BGEO LN) announces that its Notice of Meeting for its 2013 Annual General Meeting is available to view on the Company's website at www.bogh.co.uk. A copy of the Notice of Meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Printed copies of the Notice of Meeting will be sent to shareholders on or around today, 18 April 2013.

The Company's  Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 23 May 2013 at 10.00 am at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, 65 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1HS.
