Date of Announcement of the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2017

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, 26 March 2018, to examine the audited financial statements of the Bank of Cyprus Group for the year ended 31 December 2017.

The audited financial statements of the Bank of Cyprus Group will be announced on Tuesday, 27 March 2018, before market opens, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
