Date of announcement of the Bank of Cyprus Group

Financial Results for the six months ended 30 June 2023

Nicosia, 21 July 2023

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, 8 August 2023, to examine the financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the six months ended 30 June 2023.

The financial results will be announced on Wednesday, 9 August 2023, before market opens, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
