Date of announcement of the Bank of Cyprus Group Financial Results for the six months ended 30 June 20 20

Nicosia, 17 August 2020

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday , 27 August 2020 , to examine the financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the six months ended 30 June 2020.

The financial results will be announced on Friday, 28 August 2020, before market opens, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
