Bango has been notified that on 26 October 2005 Herald Ventures Limited
Partnership, Herald Ventures Limited Partnership II and Herald Ventures Limited
Partnership III disposed of an aggregate of 1,000,350 ordinary shares of 20p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). Accordingly, Herald Ventures Limited
Partnerships are currently interested in an aggregate of 2,827,210 Ordinary
Shares in the Company. This holding represents 10.72% of the Company's issued
share capital of 26,381,145 Ordinary Shares.
