Bango has been notified that, following a purchase of 465,000 ordinary shares of
20p each in the Company on 26 October 2005, JO Hambro Capital Management Limited
is currently interested in a total of 2,272,500 ordinary shares of 20p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 8.61% of the Company's issued
share capital of 26,381,145 Ordinary Shares.
