Bango has been notified that on 22 June 2006 the Herald Investment Trust bought
990,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
Accordingly, Herald Investment Management Limited is currently interested in an
aggregate of 4,097,210 Ordinary Shares in the Company. This holding represents
15.42% of the Company's issued share capital of 26,563,277 Ordinary Shares.
