The  directors  of  Belgo Group Plc ('the  Company')  announce
that,  due  to  other commitments, Marc Jonas, a non-executive
director  of  the company, has resigned from  the  board  with
immediate   effect.  The  Board  would  like  to   take   this
opportunity to thank Mr Jonas for his contribution whilst with
the group and wish him all the best in the future.
