SUBSCRIPTION BY EUROP ASSISTANCE PORTUGAL, S.A. ON 8 NOVEMBER 2008, OF 487 NEW SHARES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BANK´S RIGHT ISSUE.

SUBSCRIPTION BY LA ESTRELLA, S.A DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS ON  27 NOVEMBER 2008, OF 2,850,420  NEW SHARES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BANK´S RIGHT ISSUE.

SUBSCRIPTION BY BANCO VITALICIO DE ESPAÑA C.A. DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS ON 27 NOVEMBER 2008, OF 88,287 NEW SHARES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BANK´S RIGHT ISSUE.
