BRANCOTE HOLDINGS PLC ('Brancote')

Further to the announcement made on 11 November 1999, Brancote
has issued 2,865,628 new ordinary shares of 5p each at 67p per
share ('New Shares').  Admission of the New Shares to trading on
AIM is expected to take place on 23 November 1999.

Colin Loosemore, a director of Brancote, has today sold 200,000
ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 70p per share.  His
holding in Brancote now represents 0.74% of the issued share
capital.
