London Branch, on behalf of Standard Life Investments Limited ('Standard Life')
that Standard Life now hold 38,879,862 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 8.98% of the total voting rights of the Company.


Of the 38,879,862 ordinary shares, the Company has been advised that 20,058,665
(4.63%) comprise a direct interest in the Company's total voting rights and that
18,821,197 (4.35%) comprise an indirect interest in the Company's total voting
rights.
