London Branch, on behalf of Standard Life Investments Limited ('Standard Life')
that Standard Life now hold 32,663,527 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 7.58% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Of the 32,662,527 ordinary shares, the Company has been advised that 19,354,329
(4.49%) comprise a direct interest in the Company's total voting rights and that
13,309,198 (3.09%) comprise an indirect interest in the Company's total voting
rights.
