Balfour Beatty plc ('the Company') today received notice that Royal &
SunAlliance Insurance Group plc have a notifiable interest in the ordinary
share capital of the Company comprising 13,083,007 ordinary shares,
representing 3.16% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
