Balfour Beatty plc ('the Company') yesterday received notice that Legal &
General Investment Management Limited have a notifiable interest in the
ordinary share capital of the Company comprising 12,563,270 ordinary shares
('the Shares'), representing 3.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
