Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons

On 16 June 2011, the Company was informed that the Craven Arms Investment Club, of which Mr R J W Walvis, a director of the Company, is a member, sold 938 Ordinary Shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 305.28p per Ordinary Share on 6 June 2011.

As a consequence of this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by Mr Walvis, and any connected persons within the meaning of Section 252 of the Companies Act 2006, is 14,285.

This notification is made under DTR Rule 3.1.4.
