On 22 December 2010, Balfour Beatty plc ("the Company") was informed that the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in the Company sold Ordinary Shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 22 December 2010 as follows:
