s324 Companies Act 1985 and Disclosure Rule 3.1.4 R (1)(b).

The Company has today received notification that on 17 April 2006, pursuant to
the terms of the Performance Share Plan 2001 (the 'Plan'), the executive
directors listed below became interested in the number of ordinary shares in the
Company set against their respective names. These shares represent the
proportion of the number of ordinary shares awarded to each director under the
Plan in April 2003 which have, under the terms of the Plan, now vested.
