Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group, today announces that Anne Drinkwater has been appointed as a Non-executive Director with effect from 1 December 2018.

Anne has over thirty years of business and leadership experience in the oil industry.

Philip Aiken, Balfour Beatty Chairman said: "I am delighted that Anne has agreed to join the Balfour Beatty Board.  She has significant experience in heavy industry including multiple large capital expenditure projects with infrastructure considerations.  Anne's strategic mindset and knowledge of doing business in the UK and US mean that she will make a strong addition to the board of Balfour Beatty."
