Directorate Change

The Board of Directors of F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited announces that, owing to other commitments, Mr Jonathan Hooley will retire as a Director on 31 December 2013.  He has served on the Board since October 2009.

It is the Board's intention to appoint a new Director shortly. It has engaged an independent recruitment consultant to assist the process and has already identified a long list of promising candidates. 

The Board would like to thank Mr Hooley for his significant contribution to the Company during his period as a Director.
