Director Shareholding.

Christopher Sherwell, a Director of the Company, held 513 US$ class shares in GNRF (representing 0.24 per cent. of GNRF's net asset value as at 31 December 2014 (unaudited)). As set out in the Circular to shareholders dated 26 January 2015, Mr Sherwell has rolled-over his interest in GNRF in exchange for 71,820 Acquisition Shares pursuant to the Scheme of Reorganisation. Following the issue of these Acquisition Shares Mr Sherwell holds Ordinary Shares representing 0.09 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share Capital.
