PURCHASE OF SHARES FOR CANCELLATION
Schroder UK Growth Fund plc announces that on 21 June 2000, the Company
purchased 119,106 shares for cancellation, at a price of 147.58 pence per share.
Following the purchase, there are a further 205,013,100 shares in issue.
