Director's External Directorship

Schroder UK Growth Fund plc (the "Company") announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), that Mr Bob Cowdell, a non-executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as an independent non-executive Director of Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited with effect from 1 June 2015, subject to the required Guernsey regulatory approvals.  Mr Cowdell will also take over as non-executive chairman of Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited, following the release of that company's results for the year ended 31 March 2015, on or around 12 June 2015.
