Appointment of Director

The Board is delighted to announce the appointment of Sharon Brown as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 3 October 2019. She will be appointed Audit Chair following the AGM in December.

Sharon Brown is a Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Fidelity Special Values plc, BMO Capital & Income Investment Trust plc, McColl's Retail Group plc and Celtic plc. She is also a Director of Jupiter European Opportunities Trust plc. 

There is no further information required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.

The appointment of Ms Brown falls to be ratified by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in December 2019.
