Retirement of Chairman 

The Company announces that Richard Barfield, Chairman, will be resigning from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held in November 2014.

Mr Barfield joined the Board in 1997 and became Chairman in 2008. Nick Bannerman, Chairman designate, said "Dick has been integral in guiding the Company during his time as Chairman and his experience and judgement will be missed.  I would like to thank him most sincerely, on behalf of my fellow Directors and me, for his invaluable contribution."
