Management arrangements

The Board of Foreign & Colonial Eurotrust PLC has been advised by F&C Management
that Stephen White, the Company's lead portfolio manager, will be leaving F&C at
the end of 2004 and in the meantime will continue to manage the Company's
portfolio.  The Board will review with F&C the proposed future management
arrangements for the Company and will make a further announcement in due course.
