Resolutions passed at the AGM and Retirement of Director



At the company's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were duly
passed. As previously announced, Mr Pedro Schwartz, having reached the age of
70, has today retired from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the AGM.



A copy of the special resolutions passed at the meeting has been submitted to
the UK Listing Authority, and will be available for inspection at the UK Listing
