DIVIDEND



The Directors of the Company have resolved that a special dividend of 1.05p per
ordinary share should be paid for the year ended 31 January 2004, in lieu of a
final dividend. The dividend will be paid on 2 April 2004 to shareholders
registered at the close of business on 12 March 2004.
