BAE Systems announces sale of Advanced Ceramics business in Vista, California

BAE Systems announces today the sale of its Advanced Ceramics business in Vista, California to CoorsTek for cash consideration of approximately $7 million.  The business, which employs approximately 105 people, develops and fabricates ceramic materials for use in advanced armour solutions, semiconductor processing components and other industrial products.
