Directorate Change

Having completed a three year term of office, Andy Inglis, a non-executive director, will retire from the Board of BAE Systems plc with effect from today, 9th July 2010.

Dick Olver, Chairman of BAE Systems said: "During the three years he has been a Director, Andy has made a significant contribution to the BAE Systems Board; for which I, and fellow Directors, would like to record our gratitude and thanks."
