The Company was notified today that Larry Prior, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc at a price of $4.92 per share on 30 April 2012.  The purchase was a US OTC transaction.
