In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, 28 September 2023 at 10.30 am, has been made available to shareholders

and a copy submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at:  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

 

 

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available on the Company's website, www.babcockinternational.com, together with the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2023, and will shortly be posted to Shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.
