NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES


In accordance with DTR 5 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure
and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006, Deutsche Bank has notified Babcock
International Group PLC ('the Company') on 13 August 2007 that Deutsche Bank AG
and its subsidiary companies no longer had a notifiable interest in the shares
of the Company.
