In accordance with DTR 5 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure
and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006, Deutsche Bank has notified Babcock
International Group PLC ('the Company') on 9 May 2007 that Deutsche Bank AG and
its subsidiary companies no longer had a notifiable interest in the shares of
the Company, their holding having fallen below 3%.
