Transparency Rules that, following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 5p each
in the Company ('Ordinary Shares')on 18 April 2007, Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd
has an interest in 9,044,815 Ordinary Shares. This represents approximately
15.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
