Axis Intermodal received notification today that following the acquisition of 450,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 22 October 2008, Paul Anthony Bell is interested in 7,088,545 Ordinary Shares, registered in the name of Fitel Nominees Limited, representing approximately 12.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
