the disposal of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') on 13 March 2008, Barclays Stockbrokers Limited is interested in
7,467,332 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.69 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
