Axis Intermodal received notification today that following the acquisition of 125,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 21 July 2008, Paul Anthony Bell is interested in 4,145,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
