Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it has declared an ordinary dividend for the period from 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2019 of 1.50p per share.  The dividend is to be paid on 23 August 2019 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 02 August 2019.  The ex-dividend date is 01 August 2019.
