Directorate Change

The Board of Intermodal Resource Plc ('the Company') announces that Andrew
Frome, who was appointed as Financial Director on 1 April 2006, will leave the
Company on 31 May 2006 following completion of the probationary period provided
for in his service agreement. Accordingly Mr Frome will leave the Board of the
Company with immediate effect.

Stephen Ball, who was financial director prior to Mr Frome's appointment will
resume the role with immediate effect.

The Board extends its best wishes to Mr Frome for his future career.
